Pronoia Performance, LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 6 2025

This Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and auto-renewals are handled for all subscription products sold by Pronoia Performance, LLC (“PP,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.

All prices are disclosed during checkout or on your invoice and will not change during a locked term. Any promotional discounts (e.g., New-Year $100 off) are reflected in the price you accept at enrollment.

Cooling-Off Period

We do not offer a general “cooling-off” window, except where required by state law. Where such a law exists, the statutory period applies unless lab work, clinician consult, or prescription fulfillment has already begun.

Example – You are on an Annual Plan that started January 1 and you submit a cancellation request on May 15 (≥14 days before the June 1 billing anniversary for Month 6). We refund Months 6–12 (7 unused months) minus any non-refundable lab/consult costs already incurred.

Non-refundable costs: completed lab fees, completed clinician consults, shipping already incurred, and card-processing fees are deducted from any refund.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds are credited only to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • We do not issue cash, checks, or refunds to alternate cards.

How to Cancel

  1. Email (required): support@pronoiaperformance.com

    • Include your full name, date of birth, and the plan you wish to cancel.

  2. Phone (optional): (720) 414-3515

    • We’ll send a confirmation email; cancellation is effective only once you receive it.

  3. No form template is required, but keep your confirmation for your records.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a payment dispute is resolved in PP’s favor, we may charge a $35 administrative fee to cover processor costs. The fee is waived for disputes caused by PP billing errors.

Special Circumstances

  • Medical unsuitability: If our clinicians determine therapy is inappropriate, you’ll receive a refund for all future undelivered services/products; completed services remain payable.

  • Product defects or shipping issues: Replacements are handled at no cost via our partner pharmacy; contact support within 7 days of delivery.

Auto-Renew & Notice of Changes

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. We email any material change (including price changes for month-to-month plans) at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that notice period constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any action must be filed in Boulder County, Colorado.

We may update this Policy to reflect new laws or business practices. The posted version and its “Effective Date” control.
