Effective Date: June 6 2025
This Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and auto-renewals are handled for all subscription products sold by Pronoia Performance, LLC (“PP,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.
Where We Provide Care
Pronoia Performance, LLC (“PP”) facilitates clinical services that are delivered by licensed clinicians of Mindful Medicine, PC (“MM”) only to patients who are physically located in the State of Colorado at the time of the telehealth encounter.
Patients travelling outside Colorado
Current Colorado law and prevailing U.S. standards treat the patient’s physical location as the place where medical practice occurs. Accordingly, MM’s Colorado-licensed clinicians cannot provide telehealth visits, issue refills, or adjust prescriptions while you are located in another state unless they also hold an active license (or a compact or temporary permit) in that state. Please plan refills before travelling, or arrange local care if you will be away at refill time. cchpca.org
Provider Licensure & Compliance
MM clinicians: Colorado-licensed only (no multi-state licenses in effect as of the Effective Date).
Future expansion: PP will add state-specific licensure and update this page before offering services beyond Colorado.
Establishing the Provider–Patient Relationship
Colorado allows a valid relationship to be formed via telehealth without an in-person exam, provided the evaluation meets the same standard of care as an office visit (Colorado Medical Board Policy 40-3). cchpca.org

E-Prescribing Scope & Limits
We prescribe both non-controlled (e.g., compounded BHRT, most peptides, semaglutide) and Schedule III medications (e.g., testosterone) when clinically appropriate.
All prescribing complies with Colorado law, DEA telemedicine rules, and Board Policy 40-27 on online prescribing.
Prescriptions may be sent to 503A or 503B FDA-regulated compounding pharmacies, or to FDA-approved manufacturers when available.
Standard-of-Care & In-Person Referrals
Clinicians follow Colorado Revised Statutes § 12-240-104(6) standard-of-care requirements.
You may be referred for an in-person exam or laboratory testing if warranted; continuing telehealth care may be contingent on completing that exam.
Self-Pay Model
PP and MM operate 100 % self-pay. We do not submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurers. Surprise-billing disclosures therefore do not apply.
Limitations & Emergencies
Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies or urgent symptoms.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency.
Governing Law & Venue
